I don't think that girls at that age will assume that relationship will last as long as they sex. Boys sex to find pleasure and to satisfy their desire. And once they had enough, they will just break up. I think that it's okay to go into relationship at this age. As long as we did not do anything undecent, its okay. Draw a line when you are in a relationship.
